  • A1.9.1.1 In the interests of timeliness, efficiency and lower costs for its clients, IBUK, IBLLC and their Affiliates provide electronic notices, messages, trade confirmations, account statements, proxy materials, KIDs under the Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products Regulation ("PRIIPs") records and other client records and communications (collectively, "Records and Communications") in electronic form to the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law.

  • Neither IBLLC nor their Affiliates shall not be liable for any default by any other person holding such margin.

  • Each company within the IBKR Group is an Affiliate of IBUK and/or IBLLC.
