iBIZ definition
iBIZ has the legal power to enter into this Agreement. The making of this Agreement by iBIZ does not violate any agreement or organizational document to which it is a party or by which it or its property is bound. iBIZ shall not enter into any agreement, which is inconsistent with the rights granted to iBIZ hereunder.
