IBCF definition

IBCF means the Improved Better Care Fund announced in the Spring Budget 2017 being additional funding for social care. IBCF is paid directly to the Council by DfLUHC under Section 31 of the Local Government Act 2003 and is subject to grant conditions set out in grant determinations made under that Section. Indirect Losses means loss of profits, loss of use, loss of production, increased operating costs, loss of business, loss of business opportunity, loss of reputation or goodwill or any other consequential or indirect loss of any nature, whether arising in tort or on any other basis.
