IATSE definition

IATSE means the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees.
IATSE means the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Moving Picture Technicians, Artists and Allied Crafts of the United States, its Territories and Canada. A reference to IATSE is a reference to local 514 or 667 of the Alliance, in accordance with the respective fields represented by each.

  • It is understood that it is not the responsibility of the Safety Committee, or any member of the Committee, the IATSE or its Local Unions, the Basic Crafts, CSATF or the AMPTP to implement or comply with any such recommendations.

  • If the term of a successor agreement is for a period other than three (3) years, the evaluation year shall be the final year of the applicable IATSE Basic Agreement and the period of the pension benefit increase shall be equivalent to such term.

  • The Employer shall give title credit to the IATSE by displaying its official seal in accordance with standard industry practice.

  • All information received or reviewed by representatives of the IATSE shall be kept confidential, and neither the IATSE nor its representatives shall disclose any such information, except as necessary to enforce its rights under this Agreement.

  • The Union will be responsible for obtaining any refund from the IATSE PAC.
