IAR System means the control system and processes that are necessary to facilitate initial allocation to suppliers in the Authorised Areas of the Scottish PESs and reconciliation of all the electricity consumed in those Authorised Areas within a bulk supply point group;

  • MERS(R) System The system of recording transfers of Mortgages electronically maintained by MERS.
