IAP Type Services definition
IAP Type Services means any compliance, enforcement, regulatory pricing and/or charging or contract management services (other than IAP Services or Commercial Services) which are similar to, or the same as, the IAP Services, except that any information or data generated in connection with the provision of such services:
a. is not verified, audited or certified in accordance with the IAP by TCA; and
b. does not constitute evidence for the purposes of the IAP Law.
