IAP Services definition

IAP Services means all of the services the IAP Service Provider must provide, and all the obligations the IAP Service Provider must observe, as set out in the Functional and Technical Specification and this Agreement.

Examples of IAP Services in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise agreed, IAP will return or destroy all Client Data upon completion of the IAP Services.

  • The IAP Service Provider has agreed to provide IAP Services to the Transport Operator to assist the Transport Operator to obtain conditional access to the road network under the IAP.

  • The IAP Service Provider must continue to provide IAP Services in respect of the Transport Operator’s IAP Vehicles, for the duration of the notice period.

  • The IAP Service Provider must ensure that IAP Services provided are adequate for the purposes required by the Transport Operator under this Agreement, and for the purposes set out in this Agreement, and are provided in accordance with the standards and requirements prescribed in the Certification Agreement.

  • Provision of IAP Services during period of notice of termination Where a notice of termination is given by either party under clauses 10.1, 10.3 or 10.4, the IAP Service Provider must continue to provide IAP Services, to all IAP Vehicles, with which the Transport Operator has contracted with the IAP Service Provider for the supply of IAP Services, for the duration of the period of notice of termination.

  • IAP agrees that it will use Client Data only for the purpose of performing the IAP Services herein and will not disclose Client Data to any third party.

  • Termination for breach Each party to this Agreement may terminate this Agreement on fifteen (15) Business Days' notice, by giving written notice to that effect to the other, if: any other party to this Agreement is in material breach of this Agreement; or the Commercial Agreement between the IAP Service Provider and the Transport Operator for the supply of IAP Services is terminated.

  • B The IAP Service Provider has applied for certification by TCA as an IAP service provider and wishes to provide IAP Services to Transport Operators, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • The IAP Service Provider must give notice of (and must resolve) any disruption to its provision of the IAP Services strictly in accordance with the requirements of the Functional and Technical Specification.

  • IAP's sole liability hereunder, as IAP may elect, regardless of the form of action, will be either (i) IAP's re‐performance of the IAP Services, (ii) the refund of any fees Client has paid for such IAP Services, or (iii) for certain costs mutually agreed to by IAP and Client resulting from the IAP services not performed by IAP in accordance with the specifications set forth in this SA.
