IACC definition

IACC means the Inter-Agency Coordination Council to be established by the Borrower for the purposes of overall Project steering and coordination pursuant to Section 5.01 of this Agreement.

IACC means the Inter-agency Coordinating Committee established pursuant to Decree No. 254/M.PPN/04/2003 dated April 25, 2003 of the Minister of BAPPENAS and maintained by BAPPENAS in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, responsible for inter-agency coordination of the Project at the national level.

In no case shall the Delayed Delivery Fee be less than zero.   • NCR means NCR Corporation.

  • MB means megabyte, which is equal to 1024 kilobytes or 1,048,576 bytes of digital information.

  • Horizon means a layer of soil, approximately parallel to the surface, that has distinct characteristics produced by soil forming processes.

  • Cendant means Cendant Corporation, a Delaware corporation.

  • EPFO means Employees' Provident Fund Organization

  • Comcast means Comcast Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation.

  • Accenture means the Accenture entity that is a party to the Agreement and its Affiliates (collectively, “Accenture”).

  • Odyssey means Odyssey Trust Company.
