IAC Stock Value definition
IAC Stock Value means the closing per share price of IAC Common Stock trading “regular way with due bills” as listed on the NASDAQ as of 4:00 P.M., Eastern Standard Time in the last completed trading session immediately preceding the Effective Time.
IAC Stock Value means the opening price of IAC common stock on the Nasdaq on the first Nasdaq trading day beginning following the occurrence of the effective time of the mandatory exchange;
IAC Stock Value means $25.30, the closing per-share price of the IAC Common Stock trading “regular way with due bills” on August 8, 2005, as listed on the NASDAQ as of 4:00 P.M., Eastern Daylight Time.
