i2 TELECOM ENTITY CONTRACT definition

i2 TELECOM ENTITY CONTRACT means any Contract: (a) to which any of the i2 Telecom Entities is a party; (b) by which any of the i2 Telecom Entities or any asset of any of the i2 Telecom Entities is or may become bound or under which any of the i2 Telecom Entities has, or may become subject to, any obligation; or (c) under which any of the i2 Telecom Entities has or may acquire any right or interest.
