I CARE. System: Vendor represents and warrants that it is and shall remain at all times during the Term, registered with the state’s Immunization Information System (“IIS”), the Illinois Comprehensive Automated Immunization Registry Exchange (“I-CARE”) system. Vendor will also report all vaccination data to the State of Illinois, as specified in the Scope of Services, through I-CARE.
