Hyprotech Process Engineering Simulation Software definition
Hyprotech Process Engineering Simulation Software means the Hyprotech family of products, which includes the products and interfaces sold or licensed under the HYSYS name and the related batch process development, conceptual engineering, heat exchanger and hydraulics software identified in Appendix A(1), but shall not include the products identified in Appendix A(2).
