Hypothecator(s) definition

Hypothecator(s) means the company(ies)/person(s)/firm(s) named in Schedule I hereunderas the Hypothecator(s) and/or any other person(s) who/which hypothecates, from time to time, its/his/her/their asset(s) including the Hypothecated Asset(s) and his/its present and future interests, right and title therein in favour of the Lender to secure, inter alia, the fulfillment of the Obligor(s)'obligations under the Loan Documents including payment of the Borrower's Dues to the Lender.
Hypothecator(s) means the company(ies)/person(s)/firm(s) and/or any other person(s) who/which mortgages/hypothecates, from time to time, its/his/her/their asset(s) including the Hypothecated Asset(s) and his/its present and future interests, right and title therein in favour of IHFL to secure, inter alia, the fulfillment of the Borrower' obligations under the Loan Documents including payment of the Borrower's Dues to IHFL.
Hypothecator(s) means the company(ies)/ person(s)/ firm(s) named hereunder as the Hypothecator(s) and/or any other person(s) who/which mortgages/hypothecates, from time to time, its/his/her/their asset(s) including the Hypothecated Asset(s) and his/its present and future interests, right and title therein in favour of the Lender to secure, interalia, the fulfillment of the Obligor(s)' obligations under the Loan Documents including payment of the Borrower's Dues to the Lender.
