Hyland (or the Business Partner) will invoice User for the applicable fees and User will promptly pay such fees.

Customer agrees to provide Hyland with valid tax exemption certificates in advance of any remittance otherwise required to be made by Hyland on behalf of or for the account of Customer, where such certificates are applicable.
Hyland may subcontract all or any part of the services, provided that Hyland shall remain responsible to Customer for the provision of any subcontracted services.
In order for Hyland to provide Support to User, it may be necessary for Hyland to share information with its Affiliates, Business Partners, and/or subcontractors, which may be located worldwide.
