Hyland definition

Hyland means Xxxxxx Software, Inc. on behalf of itself and its affiliates. The term affiliates shall be deemed to include any parent company, subsidiary, affiliate of, or entity controlled by (including beneficial control), controlling or under common control with Hyland.
Hyland shall have the meaning set forth in the Introduction to this Agreement.
