Hydromechanical Grease Interceptor definition
Hydromechanical Grease Interceptor means a device that uses hydromechanical separation, interior baffling and air entrainment barriers, whether in combination or independently, to separate and retain oil and grease and solids from wastewater.
Hydromechanical Grease Interceptor or "grease trap" means a device placed under or in close proximity to sinks or other fixtures likely to discharge grease in an attempt to separate, trap and hold oil and grease substances, prior to discharge into the sanitary sewer collection system.
