As used herein, a "Hydro Operating Zone" is a spatially delineated area of the Property intended to primarily contain (or immediately adjacent to an area of the Property containing) Hydroelectric Facilities and Associated Water Delivery Facilities, as defined and described on Exhibit B hereto.

Hydroelectric Facilities for the Project shall include any future uses of the Property, and the existing and future Hydroelectric Facilities and Associated Water Delivery Facilities now or hereafter located on, above, or under the Property, associated with compliance with any future FERC License, FERC License renewal or other regulatory requirements.
