Hydroelectric Facilities definition

Hydroelectric Facilities means those certain hydro-electric facilities owned by GBRA and being more particularly described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto, together with all improvements, additions and replacements thereto.
Hydroelectric Facilities means those certain hydroelectric facilities relating to Lake Dunlap, which are owned by GBRA and are more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached to the Contract, together with all improvements, additions and replacements thereto.
Hydroelectric Facilities means those certain hydroelectric facilities that are Generation Facilities, together with all improvements, additions and replacements thereto.
