  • Such filing shall be based on Owner’s current water management forecast and shall reflect the water expected to be available for electric generation above the Hydroelectric Dependable Capacity.

  • Such filing, if accepted or approved, shall set the Maximum Monthly MWh in Schedule A for the ensuing Contract Year, subject to adjustment in accordance with the notice described below giving revised Monthly Maximum MWh.   • PacifiCorp is the fee owner of approximately 8,000 acres of real property located in Klamath County, Oregon and Siskiyou County, California that is associated with the Klamath Hydroelectric Project and/or included within the FERC project boundary.
