Hydrodrive definition
Hydrodrive or any derivations thereof are being transferred to the Buyer hereunder. Each of the Shareholders agrees not to take any action that could reasonably be expected to adversely affect the Buyer's right to the names "Petro-Drive" and "Hydrodrive" or cause confusion with respect to the Buyer's use of such names.
