Hydro Facilities or “Hydroelectric Facilities” means those certain hydro-electric facilities owned by GBRA and being more particularly described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto, together with all improvements, additions and replacements thereto.

  • The Parties further acknowledge and agree that GBRA’s willingness to make the financial commitment set forth in this Article V is based upon a reasonable expectation of its ability to receive Hydro Revenues predominately through the sale of electricity generated from the Hydro Facilities in accordance with the terms of a Hydroelectric Sales Agreement and the requirement for the WCID to reimburse GBRA pursuant to Section 5.2(C) below.
