Hydrant Permit definition

Hydrant Permit means a Permit authorizing a Person to access or obtain Potable Water from a Hydrant.
Hydrant Permit means the Hydrant System Permit Application, Hydrant System Permit Application Terms and Conditions and the Hydrant System Permit as set out in Schedule “F” of this Bylaw.

Examples of Hydrant Permit in a sentence

  • The holder of a Fire Hydrant Permit shall be responsible for any damage (including freezing), loss, or theft of the meter assembly and for any damage to the fire hydrant, and will be charged for repairs at the District’s Invoice Billing Policy.

  • The meter must be delivered to the District’s office on or before the day of Fire Hydrant Permit expiration.

  • A Fire Hydrant Permit shall still be required for a specific hydrant(s).

  • Charges for Estimated Usage When Not Having a Permit or Not Using Metering Devices:No person, firm, or corporation shall use or make a connection to use water from a fire hydrant or other available source of water unless a properly authorized Fire Hydrant Permit is issued by the District.

  • The permit will be accompanied by a deposit determined by the CAB which will be at least 25% greater than the replacement cost of the hydrant meter(s) subject to the Hydrant Permit and will be returned net of any damages to the meter or unpaid charges for hydrant water consumed.

  • A Hydrant Permit applies only to the specific hydrant or hydrants identified in the permit.

  • Use of the hydrant shall be on the terms stated in the Hydrant Permit.

  • A $25 late/non- reporting fee shall be assessed on any account not reporting their meter reading as required by the Hydrant Permit.

  • Temporary construction water may be provided by the CAB by application for and approval of a Hydrant Permit as approved by the General Manager of the CAB, in accordance with the terms thereof.

Related to Hydrant Permit

  • Single event permit means a permit issued in accordance with Chapter 9, Part 3, Single Event Permit.

  • Parking Permit means a permit issued by the Council to residents allowing the parking of a vehicle in a residents parking bay on the highway within the area of the Council but not including a disabled person’s “purple badge” issued pursuant to Section 21 of the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970

  • Operating Permit means a permit issued pursuant to section 10 of this local law. The term “Operating Permit” shall also include an Operating Permit which is renewed, amended or extended pursuant to any provision of this local law.

  • General permit means a Permit which covers multiple dischargers of a point source category within a designated geographical area, in lieu of individual Permits being issued to each discharger.

  • Right-of-Way Permit means either the excavation permit or the obstruction permit, or both, depending on the context, required by this chapter.

  • Title V operating permit means a permit issued under Chapter 3745-77 of the Administrative Code.

  • Final permit means the version of a permit issued by the Department that has completed all review procedures required by Chapter 14, and for a Class I permit, Chapter 13.

  • Emissions allowable under the permit means a federally enforceable permit term or condition determined at issuance to be required by an applicable requirement that establishes an emissions limit (including a work practice standard) or a federally enforceable emissions cap that the source has assumed to avoid an applicable requirement to which the source would otherwise be subject.

  • National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit or “NPDES” means a permit issued by the MPCA as required by federal law for the purpose of regulating the discharge of pollutants from point sources into waters of the United States from concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs) as defined by federal law

  • PAL permit means the major NSR permit, the minor NSR permit, or the State operating permit under a pro- gram that is approved into the State Implementation Plan, or the title V permit issued by the Administrator that establishes a PAL for a major sta- tionary source or a GHG-only source.

  • Parent Permits means franchises, grants, authorizations, licenses, permits, easements, variances, exceptions, consents, concessions, registrations, clearances, exemptions, certificates, approvals and orders of any Governmental Authority necessary for Parent and each of its Subsidiaries to own, lease and operate their respective properties and assets or to carry on their respective businesses as they are now being conducted.

  • Individual permit means a permit issued to a named permittee under section 22a-430 of the General Statutes.

  • residence permit means a permit of any type issued by Armenia or one of the Member States entitling a person to reside on its territory. This shall not include temporary permissions to remain on its territory in connection with the processing of an asylum application or an application for a residence permit;

  • Draft permit means the version of a permit for which the permitting authority offers public participation and, in the case of a Class I draft operating permit, affected State review.
