Hybrid Work definition

Hybrid Work means work that is performed flexibly with regard to place; in part on- campus, and in part remotely.
Hybrid Work has the meaning set forth in Section 5.a.
Hybrid Work means that essential functions of the position are performed from an alternate workplace, as well as at the central or mobile workplace. Work at the central workplace is generally performed at least one day per week.

Examples of Hybrid Work in a sentence

  • In the event that a definitive decision is reached with respect to the ownership of the subject Hybrid Work Product and related Intellectual Property Rights derived from Development Program Technology, the owning party will own such Hybrid Work Product and such related Intellectual Property Rights under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • In the event that a definitive decision assigning ownership of any Hybrid Work Product and related Intellectual Property Rights derived from Development Program Technology to one of the Parties is never reached, then the Parties will continue to jointly own such Hybrid Work Product and related Intellectual Property Rights derived from Development Program Technology subject to the terms of this Section 7.2 (d).

  • Informal hybrid work arrangements, such as working during business travel or a one-day event, do not require completion of a Hybrid Work Agreement form.

  • By signing this agreement, I state that I have read and understand the Hybrid Work HRPP and all other pertinent policies, procedures and guidelines and agree to the terms and conditions set forth by this agreement.

  • Hybrid Work Agreements will be reviewed sixty (60) days after the initial start date in the fiscal year.

  • The Hybrid Work Agreement also must be reviewed if any of the following occur: 1) a change in hybrid worker’s job duties; 2) a change in the hybrid worker’s or supervisor’s position; or 3) a change in any of the provisions documented in this Hybrid Work Schedule and Acknowledgment form.

Hybrid Work means an alternative work arrangement that, subject to mutual agreement with the employer, allows employees to carry out remote work on designated days.
