Hybrid Partner definition
Hybrid Partner has the meaning set forth in Section 6.20(d).
Examples of Hybrid Partner in a sentence
For the avoidance of doubt, amounts which would otherwise have been distributed to the Hybrid Partner under Section 4.3 may be applied in satisfaction of the Hybrid Partner’s liability under this Section 6.20 and, where such application is made, the Hybrid Partner shall be deemed for the purposes of Section 4.3 to have received a distribution of the relevant amount (and allocations pursuant to Section 3.2 shall be based on such deemed receipt).
