HY Certificate definition
HY Certificate means the Second Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of HY, filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware on September 26, 2012, as amended from time to time. References to specific sections of the HY Certificate shall be deemed to include references to provisions addressing the same or similar subject matter of any amendment or amendment and restatement of the HY Certificate that becomes effective after the date hereof.
