HXM Systems means human capital management systems in relation to Qualtrics Employees and Qualtrics-Aligned Employees; provided, that HXM Systems, including related implementation services, shall be administered through SuccessFactors and/or any other SAP-owned systems, as applicable, wherever such capabilities are available.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, all Qualtrics-Aligned Employees shall remain on SAP’s HXM Systems until such time that they become Transferring Employees.

  • Until such time as the Qualtrics HXM Systems are established, SAP shall facilitate Qualtrics’ continued use of SAP HXM Systems for all Qualtrics Employees and Transferring Employees.
