HWS means Hampshire Waste Services Limited (a registered subsidiary of Veolia Environmental Services (UK) Plc.
HWS means HealthWatchSystems, Inc., a Florida Corporation.
HWS means the computer hardware system of Customer specified in an Attachment.

  • GRADES AND CREDITSIf you are studying on any HWS program at any destination, you will be required to carry a full course-load and you will receive letter grades for your work which WILL be computed into your HWS grade point average and will be posted on your permanent transcript.

  • Critical group means the group of individuals reasonably expected to receive the greatest exposure to residual radioactivity for any applicable set of circumstances.

Disciplinary Action includes termination of this Agreement and suspension, expulsion and exclusion of the Student as those terms are defined in the Act. Fee means fees payable by the Parents to the School as per the Fee Schedule. Fee Schedule means the schedule of fees for Tuition, Accommodation and miscellaneous charges, which is available from the School on request and may be updated from time to time. Homestay has the meaning as set out in the Code.

  • Child Caregiver means an individual providing basic childcare service needs for Your minor children under the age of 18 while You are on the Trip without the minor children. The arrangement of being the Child Caregiver while You are on the Trip must be made 30 or more days prior to the Scheduled Departure Date.

  • CMS means the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

  • Level 2 means a charging system that provides charging through a two-hundred- eight to two-hundred-forty volt AC plug with a cord connector that meets the SAE international J1772 standard or a successor standard.

  • Change Management means the add-on module to the Programs that enables engineers to define network changes through one or more configuration templates. Those network changes can be applied to multiple devices and executed/rolled back automatically. The Change Management module enables engineers to verify the impact of the changes across the network to help ensure a safer change process.
