HWM definition

HWM means hazardous waste management.
HWM or "High Water Mark Level" means on the Fixing Date 100 % of the Reference Portfolio Level on the Fixing Date and, on each Reference Portfolio Calculation Date "t" thereafter, the greater of the High Water Mark Level on the immediately preceding Reference Portfolio Calculation Date "t-1" and the Gross Reference Portfolio Level on such Reference Portfolio Calculation Date "t".

HWM or "High Water Mark Level" means on the Fixing Date 103.18 % of the Reference Portfolio Level on the Fixing Date and, on each Reference Portfolio Calculation Date "t" thereafter, the greater of the High Water Mark Level on the immediately preceding Reference Portfolio Calculation Date "t-1" and the Gross Reference Portfolio Level on such Reference Portfolio Calculation Date "t". On the last Reference Portfolio Calculation Date "t" of each calendar year, the High Water Mark Level in respect of such day shall be reset to the greater of (a) the High Water Mark Level in respect of the immediately preceding Reference Portfolio Calculation Date "t-1", and (b) 105 % of the Reference Portfolio Level in respect of the last Reference Portfolio Calculation Date "t" of the calendar year.
HWM means the High Water Mark at spring tide;
