Under the new arrangements the Director of Public Health will report to the Chief Executive of Torbay Council in addition to Public Health England and will play a full role within the authority providing leadership and advice to the HWBB on all public health matters.
The management and oversight of the delivery of the BCF plan has been delegated to the BCF Executive Group, chaired by the HWBB chair and including senior representatives from both the Council and SYICB (Rotherham Place).
