  • Reason: The HWBB is the accountable body for the Better Care Fund.

  • Under the new arrangements the Director of Public Health will report to the Chief Executive of Torbay Council in addition to Public Health England and will play a full role within the authority providing leadership and advice to the HWBB on all public health matters.
