In connection with the Prior Loan Agreement, Borrower delivered to HVU a completed certificate signed by Borrower, entitled “Perfection Certificate” (the “Perfection Certificate”).
For HVU consigned materials and finished goods, the quarantine area shall meet HVU security requirements.
VCSE means a non-governmental organisation that is value- driven and which principally reinvests its surpluses to further social, environmental or cultural objectives;
apron means a defined area intended to accommodate aircraft for purposes of loading or unloading passengers, mail or cargo, fuelling, parking or maintenance;
GATS means the General Agreement on Trade in Services in Annex 1B to the WTO Agreement;
Rad means the special unit of absorbed dose. One rad is equal to an absorbed dose of 100 erg per gram or 0.01 joule per kilogram (0.01 gray).
MT means metric tons.
