HVR definition

HVR means the provisions of the International Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules of Law Relating to Bills of Lading signed at Brussels on the 25th August 1924 as amended by the Protocol to Amend the International Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules of Law Relating to Bills of Lading signed at Brussels on the 25th August 1924, signed at Brussels on the 23rd February 1968 and the Protocol amending the International Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules of Law Relating to Bills of Lading signed at Brussels on the 25th August 1924, as amended by the Protocol of 23 February 1968, signed at Brussels on the 21st December 1979. “CMNI” means the provisions of Budapest Convention on the Contract for the Carriage of Goods by Inland Waterways.
HVR means HVR Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
