  • HVPN shall maintain a financial management system, including records and accounts, and prepare financial statements in accordance with consistently applied accounting standards acceptable to the Bank, both in a manner adequate to reflect the operations and financial conditions of HVPN, and to register separately the operations, resources and expenditures of HVPN related to its Respective Parts of the Project.
