HVM definition

HVM means HVM L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company f/k/a Homestead Village Management, LLC, together with its successors and assigns.
HVM trademark only by Party A and its wholly owned or controlled subsidiaries. Party A shall obtain Party B's consent in case Party A shall require to provide the "HVM" trademark for the use by other joint venture companies.
