HVF II Base Indenture definition
HVF II Base Indenture means the Amended and Restated Base Indenture, dated as of October 31, 2014, between HVF II and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as trustee. The term “HVF II Base Indenture” shall not include any “Group Supplement” (as defined in the HVF II Base Indenture) or “Series Supplement” (as defined in the HVF II Base Indenture).
HVF II Base Indenture shall not include any “Group Supplement” (as defined in the HVF II Base Indenture) or “Series Supplement” (as defined in the HVF II Base Indenture).
HVF II Base Indenture means that certain Amended and Restated Base Indenture (as the same may have been amended, modified, supplemented, or amended and restated from time to time), dated as of October 31, 2014, between HVF II, the HVF II Trustee.
