hull cover definition
hull cover means insurance cover against the risks identified in clause 24.3(a). minimum hull cover means, in relation to a Mortgaged Ship, when aggregated with the amounts of marine risks cover of all other Mortgaged Ships, an amount equal at the relevant time to one hundred and twenty per cent (120%) of the aggregate of the Revolving Credit Facility Loans outstanding and any undrawn and uncancelled Revolving Credit Facility Commitments that are not part of the Suspended Undrawn Revolving Credit Facility.
