Hull All-Risks definition
Hull All-Risks in respect of loss or damage while flying and on the ground with respect to the Aircraft on an agreed value basis for the Agreed Value;
Hull All-Risks of loss or damage while flying and on the ground with respect to the Aircraft on an “agreed value” basis for an amount not less than the Required Insurance Value;
