To the extent Licensee uses and/or provides design layouts and/or fixtures for use in stores or retail establishments, it shall not use design layouts and/or fixtures which are or have been primarily associated with products distributed by Hugo Boss or its other licensees, except those which are traditional or standard in the industry.
