HUD Regulations definition

HUD Regulations means the regulations of HUD in 24 CFR Part 92 (1991) issued under the authority of Title II of the National Affordable Housing Act of 1990.

HUD Regulations means, with respect to the HOME Program, the regulations of HUD in 24 CFR § 92, together with subsequent amendments thereto, as in effect on the date of this rule chapter.
