HUD Program Requirements definition

HUD Program Requirements means all applicable statutes and regulations, including all amendments to such statutes and regulations, as they become effective, and all applicable requirements in HUD handbooks, notices and mortgagee letters that apply to the Leased Premises, including all updates and changes to such handbooks, notices and mortgagee letters that apply to the Leased Premise, except that changes subject to notice and comment rulemaking shall become effective upon completion of the rulemaking process.
HUD Program Requirements. All applicable statutes and regulations, including all amendments to such statutes and regulations, as they become effective, and all applicable requirements in HUD handbooks, notices and mortgagee letters that apply to the Premises and all requirements by HUD that Tenant’s AR Lender subordinate to HUD Loan in accordance with this Lease, including all updates and changes to such handbooks, notices and mortgagee letters that apply to the Premises, except that changes subject to notice and comment rulemaking shall become effective upon completion of the rulemaking process.
HUD Program Requirements means (i) the RAD Program Requirements and RAD Use Agreement as applicable to the RAD Buildings; (ii) the PBV Requirements and HUD Declaration as applicable to all the Rental Units, all of which shall include, but not be limited to the Affordability Requirements.
