HUB Lease definition
HUB Lease means the Ground Lease Agreement, dated as of August 3, 2021, among ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Properties I, LLC, as landlord, and HubCo, as tenant, as amended, amended and restated, renewed, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time.
