Notwithstanding the provisions of this Section 1.5, holders of HT Stock ("Dissenting Shares") who have taken all necessary steps under Chapter 13 of the California Law to dissent and demand payment and are otherwise entitled to payment thereunder shall receive such amount as they become entitled to receive thereunder.
