HSSE Standards definition

HSSE Standards means Health, Safety, Security and Environment standards;
HSSE Standards means (a) all of Subcontractor’s rules, regulations and policies on any matter pertaining to HSSE, (b) all of IDL Projects’ rules, regulations and policies on any matter pertaining to HSSE,
HSSE Standards means, as referred to individually or collectively, all HSSE policies, manuals, standards, rules and procedures, as communicated to Contractor, designed to manage HSSE risks during supply of Scope under the Purchase Contract, all Applicable Laws relating to HSSE, Company’s requirements for the management of HSSE risk agreed in the Purchase Contract, as well as any other rules, procedures (whether issued by Company Group or otherwise) in force at the relevant Company Group Worksite at the time of supply of Scope.

Examples of HSSE Standards in a sentence

  • If there is a conflict between any of the Host’s HSSE Standards and the HSSE standards set out in this clause 3, the standards set out in this clause shall prevail.

  • If there are any amendments to the Host's HSSE Standards, the Host shall notify the Tenant in writing of such amendment and shall make same available to the Tenant.

More Definitions of HSSE Standards

HSSE Standards means (a) all of the Company’s rules, regulations and policies on any matter pertaining to HSSE, (b) all of the rules, regulations and policies on any matter pertaining to HSSE at the worksite(s) on which the Services are being performed, and (c) applicable municipal, provincial and federal standards, codes of practice, laws and regulations pertaining to HSSE. If there are any conflicts between or amongst any of the above, the most stringent HSSE STANDARDS shall apply, provided that all applicable and existing standards, codes of practice, laws and regulations in are complied with at all times.
HSSE Standards means (a) all HSSE policies, manuals, standards, rules, and procedures, as communicated to Supplier by or on behalf of sonnen, designed to manage HSSE risks during performance of scope under the Agreement; (b) all Applicable Laws relating to HSSE; and (c) any other rules and procedures in force at a relevant sonnen Worksite at the time of performance of scope.
