HSF Program definition

HSF Program means Housing Stabilization Fund loan program, established for the purpose of facilitating the creation and preservation of affordable housing, under which DHCD contracts to make funds available through MHP and other financial intermediaries, for such financial intermediaries to loan to sponsors of affordable housing for Low Income and Extremely Low Income Families, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the HSF Statute.
