HSE Terms definition

HSE Terms means the document entitled “Health, Safety and Environmental Terms” attached to, and forming part of, this Contract as Annexure C.
HSE Terms means the document entitled “Health, Safety and Environmental Terms” located at https://globalprocurement.enel.com/documents/hse-terms, with modifications as per Applicable Laws and policies.
HSE Terms means the document entitled “Health, Safety and Environmental Terms” located at https://globalprocurement.enel.com/documents/hse-terms .

Examples of HSE Terms in a sentence

  • In the event of any breach of the HSE Terms, the Company may terminate all or part of this Agreement according to the relevant provisions of the HSE Terms.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Provider’s eligibility for the Early Construction Bonus shall terminate upon the occurrence of one or more serious safety or environmental violations resulting in Fatal or Severe Accident or in Significant Environmental Accident, as defined in HSE Terms (Annex 4) or (ii) if Company has become entitled to the payment of liquidated damages during the execution of Local Activation Letter in a certain Country.
