HSE Policy definition

HSE Policy means the Health, Safety and Environment Policy of the Company "IESO" means Independent Electric System Operator
HSE Policy means the policy of the Owner with regard to Health Safety and Environment, as mentioned in this Contract or any part of it herein, or otherwise communicated to the O&M Partner.
HSE Policy means the health, safety and environmental policy of Lessee included in Exhibit E to the Shareholder Agreement.
