Examples of HSDA in a sentence

  • Grantee shall focus its services on at least one (1) locally relevant Priority Population in an eligible Health Service Delivery Area (HSDA).

  • OSI will abide by that opinion, pay the reasonable fees of the Independent Legal Counsel and indemnify fully that Counsel against all expenses (including attorneys' fees), claims, liabilities and damages arising out of or relating to this Agreement or its engagement under it.

  • Grantee may provide services to more than one Health Service Delivery Area (HSDA), e.g., telehealth; however, programs must have at least one physical location within the HSDA(s) in which they are proposing to conduct services.

  • Grantee shall design proposed activities that benefit the eligible Priority Population(s) for their service HSDA.

  • Grantee will also assist DSHS in the administration, planning, and evaluation of services within the approved HIV Service Delivery Area (HSDA).

  • Due to the sensitive nature of HSDA data, in the event of a breach of this agreement, ITS/HPC may terminate/suspend an HSDA without prior warning.

  • Activation of a new HSDA account membership requires an in-person consultation with HPC facilitators.

  • All members of the HSDA account are provided with access to all of the project’s HSDA data.

  • Notice will be sent to the PI and any members of the affected HSDA account.

  • All HSDA PIs are required to sign off on these amended documents.
