HSD Account. The Health Services Department Clearing Account at ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, N.A., an account established under the County’s banking services agreement and pursuant to the third-party administrator agreement, used exclusively for the issuance of approved payments of the Health Services Department.

  • Bank Reconciliations – Finance will be responsible for monthly HSD Account bank reconciliations.
