Examples of HSBC Account in a sentence

  • Pursuant to the HSBC Account Control Agreement, provided no Event of Default or Trigger Period is continuing, HSBC Collection Bank shall transfer all collected and available funds on a daily basis, as determined by HSBC Collection Bank’s then current funds availability schedule, received in the HSBC Collection Account to the Borrower’s Account.
