HSAM definition

HSAM means the DHMH Human Services Agreements Manual, which specifies administrative and fiscal policies for grants and contracts with any entity that is not a Local Health Department. These contracts are funded by DHMH and processed through the Division of Program Cost and Analysis.

Examples of HSAM in a sentence

  • Any contract action involving private sector financing, see HSAM 3032.702-71, regarding legal review and approval.
