HRO definition

HRO means the Mayor’s Office of Housing Recovery Operations, as established by Executive Order number 175, dated November 13, 2012, and as continued by Executive Order number 87, dated November 22, 2021, as amended by subsequent orders.
HRO means Houston Refining LP, formerly known as LYONDELL-CITGO Refining LP.
