The Township agrees to pay HRHC $5,000 each quarter for the services of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for a term of three (3) years commencing on August 1, 2024 and ending on July 31, 2027.

For the avoidance of doubt, this Agreement supersedes and terminates the rights and obligations of the Buyer, the Sellers and HRHC under the LOI but does not supersede or terminate the confidentiality agreement referenced in Section 5.6.
