The Health Services Support Program (HSSP TT-L1039) aims to prevent and control non-communicable diseases among adults and prevent and control risk factors among primary and secondary school students by strengthening the delivery of integrated primary care services; implementing behavior change programs and policies; ensuring Human Resources for Health (HRH); and enhancing Health Facilities Investment Management.
HRH has caused this Agreement to be executed by its officers thereunto duly authorized and Employee has hereunto set his hand and seal, all as of the day and year first above written.

Additionally, Employee covenants that if Employee has any questions about the scope or meaning of any restrictive covenants of this Agreement, then Employee shall put such questions in writing to General Counsel of HRH, who shall then endeavor to answer such requests as soon as practicable.
The waiver by HRH or Employer of a breach of any provision of this Agreement shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach or as a waiver of any other provisions of this Agreement.
Upon termination of Employee’s employment, Employee covenants to deliver to Employer all information and materials, including personal notes and reproductions, relating to the Confidential Information, the HRH Companies, and the Customers, which are in Employee’s possession or control.
The execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement by Parent and HRH Merger Subsidiary will not violate, result in a breach of, or constitute a default under, the articles of incorporation or bylaws of any such corporation or any indenture, contract, agreement or other instrument to which such corporation is a party or is bound.
It includes a) Combustor consisting of water wall , FBHE 1,2,3,4 bundle & empty chamber, b) Boiler Drum, c) High pressure valves & its piping , d) safety valves of CRH, HRH, MS, Drum, e) Backpass consisting of steam cooled wall, SH, RH, Eco coil assemblies, etc .
